About Lauren
Lauren brings a rare synthesis of executive leadership, social entrepreneurship, and embodied wisdom practice. With a BA in Political Science from Yale and an MBA from Dartmouth, she has shaped billions in Wall Street transactions, led social enterprises in food, agriculture, and public policy, and turned around 500-person organizations by aligning culture, purpose, and strategy.
A certified Reiki master grounded in Yogic, Tibetan Buddhist, and South American shamanic traditions, Lauren has guided over 250 leaders through transformative awakening experiences. As a queer single mother, she is devoted to reshaping leadership and economic systems to cultivate regenerative, human-forward, and planetary-aligned impact.
