With a B.S. in Political Science from Yale and an MBA from Dartmouth, Lauren has spent years in finance and strategy, managing dozens of Wall Street and private equity transactions totaling billions of dollars.
She has also led social enterprises in food and agriculture and turned around 500-person organizations from crisis to thriving by aligning culture, purpose, and strategy.
These experiences give Lauren an intimate understanding of complex systems and the human, cultural, and ecological consequences of organizational decisions.
